What are your delivery charges on products purchased?
As a valued Australia Post customer we have negotiated special rates which we can pass on to you, our valued Bonzoo customer by offering a fixed rate delivery service of only $7.95 per delivery, anywhere in Australia for as many items as you purchase. Whether you buy one lunch box or 5 combo packs you only pay $7.95 for delivery.

How long will my product take to be delivered?
At Bonzoo we strive to ensure your product is received within the fastest time possible. We use Australia Post's eParcel facility to ensure your product can be tracked and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Most products will be delivered within 7 working days however in some circumstances when an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, please allow an extra few days for delivery. Most metropolitan areas will receive their delivery within 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Can my product be delivered to a PO Box?
At Bonzoo we use Australia Post's eParcel system to deliver your products. As part of Australia Post's service we can deliver your parcel to a PO Box.
Do I need to sign for my product upon delivery?
At Bonzoo we strive to ensure your product is received as quickly, simply and safely as possible. So that we can ensure your product has been received and is safe we require you to sign when your product has been delivered by Australia Post.
What if I'm not home when my product gets delivered?
The team at Bonzoo understand you may not always be at home at the time of delivery. If you are not home you will be left a delivery note from Australia Post confirming which Post Office your Bonzoo package has been left at. You will then need to take your Australia Post note to the designated Post Office to collect and sign for your package as per Australia Post's procedures.
How do I track the status of my product?
Once you purchase a product on Bonzoo you will be notified when your payment has been accepted, when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse of the manufacturer and will then be sent a link to track your product via Australia Post until your product arrives safely in your hands.
I live overseas. How do I purchase products on Bonzoo?
At present Bonzoo delivers products to addresses located within all states of Australia. You can however purchase from overseas and have your product sent to an address within Australia. If you would like a product posted to an overseas address please contact us at support@bonzoo.com.au
I purchased an item on Bonzoo.com.au and received the wrong item. What do I do?
If in the unlikely case you have received the wrong item by mistake please contact us immediately at support@bonzoo.com.au or on +61 3 9955 6556. Please ensure you have your order number handy so we can reference your order.
I purchased an item but never received it. What do I do?
If you have purchased an item via Bonzoo but your item has not been received please contact us at support@bonzoo.com.au or on +61 3 9955 6556 and have your order number and we will help to track down your order.
What if I have a problem with my product?
If you purchase a product via Bonzoo and the product has a fault, does not do what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from as described on our website, please contact us immediately via email at support@bonzoo.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, attaching a photo showing the problem. After you contact us, we will advise the next steps.
What if I change my mind?
At Bonzoo we're not happy unless you are!
We are pleased to accept returns where you change your mind about any product you purchase online so long as you:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, so we can confirm your purchase and confirm the return shipping address
- Return the item so that it arrives back to us within 10 days from the date we confirm the return shipping address
- Return the item unopened and in its original condition and packaging
- Pay your own costs for returning the item to us.
After we receive your returned item in accordance with these conditions, we will promptly refund your purchase price by way of your original payment method.
I've forgotten the password to my account. Can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten the password to your Bonzoo account simply click on the Forgotten password link either here or on the homepage under the Account tab and you will be sent a new password to your registered email address.
